Volunteers preparing for the Amelia Challenge Event |

Volunteers are always needed to make an event successful.
Following are some tasks that we need your help in: |
|
 |
|
- Attendants (to help supervise each team)
- Judges (to judge the results of the Mental Challenges)
- Start/Finish Personnel
- Bike rack / Security (Setting up bike racks and help with general safety)
- Safety leaders for bikes
- Passway Personnel
- First aid experts
- Food ticket sales
- Set-up / Clean-up
- ... and much more

A meeting for all AC2011 volunteers will be held on November 10, 2011 in the meeting room at Baptist Hospital at 7:00PM immediately after the Team Captains Meeting. Volunteers will be given their assignments and volunteer T-shirts. |
